I believe that group exercise should be so much more than just getting a sweat on to pop music. As popular as traditional group exercise classes are, they don't think of you as an individual so why do you think you'll get the specific goals that you desire?
What I aim to achieve is bring the energy and intensity that people like about group exercise but also tailor each session to the specific needs of the group.
So maybe you and some work mates have signed up to 10k and need some guidance. Or maybe the family members have decided you'd all benefit from losing a few pounds.
