I've always questioned the effectiveness of these "copy and paste" style online programmes. They can start you at a point that is not even challenging you, progress too quickly risking injury or not quickly enough and can put your event performance in jeopardy.

That's why I've decided to do things differently, guaranteeing better results for you!
How it works
Step 1 - We'd have a discussion to gather exactly what your fitness levels and goals are.

Step 2 - I design the first 4 week phase of your training plan and check this works for you.

Step 3 - After 4 weeks we have another discussion to see how training has been feeling.
​
Step 4 - Based on the mid-point catch up I'll design the next 4 week phase of your plan.
​
Step 5 - We'll either catch up after your race/event, or have a discussion to make sure you know how to train on your own between programme end and your race.
