The founder of Re-Volution Fitness, Connor fundamentally believes that the ability to move freely and without pain is key to improve your training, mentality and overall quality of life. 

From working with top class strength and endurance athletes to helping people recovery from injury or improve their body image, Connor designed a training system that created results for hundreds of clients.

Having battling with his own mental health issues for many years, Chris has developed a Personal Training programme to cater to those who are looking to improve their mental and physical wellbeing.

The Re-Vive programme promotes regular physical activities along with a range of self help activities. This empowers clients with the tools needed to overcome physical and mental challenges.

Andrew Watson

The Golf Fitness Coach

Andrew is a great fan of, and participant in, a wide variety of sports, however nothing has played such a big role in his life as golf. From his first rounds at the young age of five, his passion for the sport is life-long.

While working in the fitness industry for many years and developing his skills as a Coach, Andrew also as studied the art of golf and performance and has created training systems to help players develop their skill set.
