Group training can be fun, but training specificity, structured sessions and programme effectiveness are often sacrificed for high energy classes that repeat the same exercise format. So we merged the best of both worlds with our group training sessions.
You could all be training to run in the Edinburgh Marathon Festival (even different distances) and you would each receive separate individual training plans to do in your own time, and share the face to face high intensity conditioning sessions.
You could be members of the same sports club, looking for sport specific training sessions that provide structured, progressive training plans.
And you could just be looking to have fun training with friends or family, shed some pounds and build some strength. We provide training sessions and plans tailored to your needs no matter what your goals are, but above all, they must be effective and specific to you as individuals within the group.
